From onboarding to advocacy: Lifecycle marketing & customer experience at Prepr

Prepr is an education technology platform that connects students, educators and organizations through experiential learning programs.

 

In my role, I supported both growth and retention initiatives by combining content-driven marketing, marketing automation and customer success support. I focused on nurturing PreprLabs users and partner organizations through strategic email automations, a streamlined onboarding process and ongoing engagement across key lifecycle touchpoints.

  • Planned, wrote and configured monthly email newsletters for PreprLabs users and organizations.

  • Supported the development and execution of marketing automation workflows.

  • Wrote engaging copy for website landing pages, email automation campaigns, support resources, blog posts and social media content.

  • Delivered responsive, high-quality customer support.

  • Collaborated with the marketing team to design, implement, and optimize Google Ad campaigns to align with growth and performance objectives.
